Question:
I just took a thirty day pledge to go VEGAN and I really need some recipes or ideas because my family whom i live with are all HUGE meat eaters! Any recipe ideas or websites for supporters?
What are some popular stores i can buy vegetarian foods at! I looked at walmart for soy burgers and couldn’t find anything! Is there anything at walmart i can buy or do i have to shop at other stores?

  1. Spaghetti with marinara sauce is always convenient. Just be sure to check the ingredients of the noodles (sometimes there are eggs used) and the sauce. Then later on if you’re feeling braver you can fry up some tofu cubes and add those in.

  2. vine tomatoes,sliced zuchini,sliced eggplant,asparagus,buttons mushroom…in a big mixing bowl,with olive oil,salt.pepper,oregano and rosemary.mix everything.grill everything.you can roast it in the oven too.
arrange on the plate and serve right away.

  3. There are a bunch of good looking recipies here:

As for the walmart question, walmart isn’t the best place to look for that kind of thing…just try any large grocery store in your area. Even a bunch of small ones have them.

    Edit:
Some examples could be K-mart, Costco, Save Plus, ect…

  4. I don’t know of any off of the top of my head but you should go to a middle eastern market. They have a lot of boxed recipes that make veggies taste like meat. They also have a large variety.
