have never seen any good flat breads from the store. I make mine from sctratch from whole wheat flour. Look for a chapati recipe most Indian breads are vegan.

Hmmm… that’s strange to see eggs and whey in pita and tortillas.
Typically, pitas are just flour, yeast, salt and oil. Tortillas (corn) are typically masa, salt, lime water and a fat… lard or vegetable shortening. In the US, many tortilla companies are using veg shortening due to fears of animal fat.
You just need to search locally to see what’s available.
