If it’s prepared in a manner that’s kosher, then yes. Theoretically, you can have a ham sandwich, shrimp cocktail, or even chocolate covered ants, just has to be made out of kosher soy protein and a rabbi has to bless the process.

I am a former chef and most fruits, veg, dairy and other products are Kosher, certified would not be possible as the trees are part of nature and cannot be controlled, food that is Pareve or neutral is quite alot of what is consumed, meat and dairy products are governed more, fish has to have scales to be kosher, no seafood. there is no real issue with vegetarian and vegan products. Things like soya products are labelled if so, tofu is kosher as it is a veggie product, but some processed food may not be as they may be a mixed product and not conform to kosher food laws and the Kasharuth dietary conditions.

no because each ingredient would need to be certified kosher and also the manner that the dish is prepared and who prepares it would be a factor, too. any processed item would need certification
