Construction of raised beds on my allotment and transformation in the condition and workability of heavy clay soil. The main reason for taking on an allotment was due to the health benefits of eating fresher and more nutritious home grown produce. I was quite ill with chronic fatigue, IBS and depression. I also had a few other health challenges. I got better by eating more low fat raw food and cutting out all things that could possibly compromise my health. Now approximately 95% of my diet is raw fruit and vegetables. I aim for the majority of my diet to be based on low fat raw vegan foods. If you are interested in how I went about not only recovering from ill health but becoming so much healthier and fitter than I’ve been in years, then visit my blog and my website at: www.eatmoreraw.net www.eatmoreraw.net Thanks for watching.
