Raw Food Recipe ~ Meatless Meatballs

New ingredients are tried out in a different adaptation of the meatloaf recipe to create vegetable based meatballs. They can be dehydrated for less time if served without any sauces, but these were served with raw marinara sauce and dehydrated longer to maintain form in the sauce. These meatballs were so good that barely enough were leftover to take home. ~Since adapting the raw food lifestyle 4 months ago, Laura has released 29 pounds. Currently she is 90% raw and still in transition. A medical diagnosis of severe anemia and leukemia prompted the change from a vegetarian diet to a raw food vegan lifestyle. Laura has experienced immense improvement in lab/blood tests as well as in her energy and overall health since switching to raw foods. UPDATE: The anemia is now reversed and cured!!!~

Raw Food Recipe ~ Ginger Salad Dressing

I have always loved the ginger salad dressing at the restaurant Benihana’s. This is the raw adaptation of that same salad dressing. 1/4 cup raw catsup ~OR~ 2T tomato diced, 2T sundried tomato diced, 1 date diced add the 1/4 cup water to this and leave soak. 1/4 cup grated ginger root 1/4 cup minced celery 1 cup minced onion 1 clove garlic minced 1 cup olive oil 2/3 cup apple cider vinegar 2T + 2 tsp nama soyu 2T + 2 tsp honey 2T + 2 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper ~Since adapting the raw food lifestyle 10 months ago, I, (Laura) have released 34 pounds. Currently I am 75% raw and still in transition. A medical diagnosis of severe anemia and leukemia prompted the change from a vegetarian diet to a raw food vegan lifestyle.
