  1. I wish I could give this less than one star. There is no index, no table of contents, the entire document consists of a list of recipes in no particular order. There are no pictures of any of the recipes. The directions are so basic, they are essentially useless. Most of the recipes use artificial sweeteners and are just not healthy by my definition. I could go on but I do not want to waste any more on this miserable excuse for a cookbook than I have already.

    If you purchase this, you will instantly regret it and I am being generous. This is a horrible cookbook.
