For the most part, yes.
I have yet to be in a store like you mentioned that does not have vegan food.

I assume you mean processed vegan food like Amy’s, some Morningstar foods, etc? Most I’ve been to do, though you’re going to run into trouble in the deep south and mid west.
All grocery stores, however, have vegan food. Fresh vegetables and fruits are vegan. Beans. Whole grains. Pure dark chocolate. Flour. Organic sugar. Soy yogurt. Etc.
