Question:
Here are some examples:

I like organic foods, healthy natural foods, etc. So I agree with the green people on this. But then they take it too far! They jack up prices on organic foods, and then blame the conservatives for killing animals, etc.

I agree that animals should be killed humanely. But the environmentalists go and say humans are the problem, we should go die, or at least all become vegans.

I agree that environmentalism is a good way and philosophy to live life. However, I think that it should be a sidenote to a religion, for example Christianity or Judaism or Islam. Liberals, however, put ENVIRONMENTALISM as their religion, and spew hatred towards traditional religion!

I (as a Christian) LOVE the notion of peace… But the environmentalists- yet again- take it too far! They don’t just say we should be peaceful… they traitorously blame AMERICA for DEFENDING itself on 9/11, and blame america for the war on terror! Who started it??

I agree with the environmentalists that we should limit the cutting down of trees, and businesses should act responsibly and not pollute… but then the darn liberal granolas have to put metal sticks in trees and/or sit in trees to sabotage the lumberjacks (which create MORE problems!), and they have to get congress and Pelosi to put in TONS of useless regulations that KILL business- especially now, in a time of a recession!

I agree with environmentalists that we need wildlife parks and nature to live in… but I don’t agree with ELF (earth liberation front) blowing up buildings, and I DON’T agree with stopping drilling in an alaskan WASTELAND to save a 10×10 foot region for a couple polar bears, when our gas prices were high, and will be high again!

haha I agree with most of you guys. They’re pretty funny, aren’t they?

….Well, that one dude who mentioned the Hitler Youth in green form, aka turning in parents, and the fact that trees get same rights as humans…

that is downright SCARY! NOT kidding! holy crap!

1) I didn’t say all environmentalists, just the radical ones

2) The environmentalist Jane Fonda is a perfect example of your enviro-american traitor; Hanoi Jane is responsible for the deliberate death and torture of 3 good american soldiers.

3) You never actually DENIED being against the war, or loving america; hence my point.

4) I never said it was the environmentalist’s fault that organic products cost more; they simply DO. I LOVE organic food! Dam*it I DO want the prices to go down! But they won’t!

5) What’s with the organic cereals being all hippie, anyway? Like “peace” cereal, which was founded by some terrorist-looking guy?

6) Yes, I’m a teenager. Satisfied?

  1. Well, you have given me renewed hope in youth!! Give it to ‘em-if you are this good this young you should be an awesome advocate for Christian/Conservative thought when you get older. You got it right with Hanoi Jane-she is a disgrace to America. You have more smarts than all the libs who have insulted you here!

  2. Some issues are valid. There are concerns that have been effectively addressed such air, noise, and water pollution. Survival requires continual attention to environmental conservation issues.

Others issues can be distorted. Peaceful solutions must be explored.

Organic production can be competitive with modern technologies. Family farms and traditional societies are economically efficient communities.

  3. Yes they do. This global warming and carbon hoax has gone too fsr.

  4. You tend your garden I’ll tend mine. I don’t want government telling me what to grow, where to grow and then come and take half of what I grow. Our lives are little garden plots that we till and water and hope to grow happiness in, we should all have the right and responsibilitiy over our own gardens.

  5. Prices for organic foods are up because there is massive bureaucratic bullsh!t one much go through to be certified ‘organic’. And then you need a market – which isn’t there yet. But China is helping by adding toxins to their food.

And the only way you can go too far is to hurt someone. There is nothing wrong with passion – as long as you don’t through your passion into others.

I worked in No Va to stop the building of an incinerator. I called Greenpeace because it was a big deal to me and my family. Do you know that BFI, who was building it said that the pollutants would only kill 6 out of 1000 people. My response was – well they better be YOUR kids, not mine or keep your toxic crap away from me. We ended up stopping that thing from being built, built a recycling plant instead and started sharing garbage within the different adjoining counties. Yeah!

Anyway, point is LIVE and LET LIVE.

  7. This really qualifies as a rant, but you won’t understand any answers until you begin to study the impact of population on the environment.

  8. if they want to live in their own filth and excrement, so be it!

but don’t drag those among us who want to live like civilized human

    beings down with them!

  9. 99.9% of environmentalists are hypocrites. They carry around hemp bags created in habitat killing factories and fill them with more habitat killing petrol based goods which they paid for with either paper money that trees dies for or plastic cards that killed god knows what to make them. Wouldn’t last a day in a truly “green” lifestyle. Not ot mention the pills people pop these days in the G-8 nations are what are destroying the rainforests…

  10. Your worldview is green alright… as in inexperienced and somewhat childish. Example: “They jack up prices on organic foods, and then blame the conservatives for killing animals, etc.” This shows a total lack of understanding of market forces, and more, of the existence of such things as market forces. Just too silly. Sorry.

  11. I’d consider myself to be an environmentalist, and you’re accusing us of doing tons of things which we simply do not do. Blaming the US for defending itself on 9/11? How is that even an environmental issue? And who thinks we should all be vegans and go die? You’re making most of this stuff up!

  12. ok, i didn’t read the whole thing, but I read some of it. I agree that we should take care of our Earth by not throwing trash on the ground and stuff, but I don’t believe the smoke that gos into the air causes global warming and the ice caps to melt and all of that crap. I think we need to drill and get out some oil, then maybe the gas prices will go down because it won’t be in such high demand.

  13. Your mind-numbingly absurd claims so far:

Green people jack up prices on organic food.
Environmentalists think humans should die or become vegans.
    Liberals consider environmentalism a religion.
Environmentalism has something to do with the war on terror.

Quite a vivid imagination you have. Or you are just full of sh*t. Either way, I hope you’re young, because it would be terrifying to think an adult actually believes this stuff. It’s like saying all Germans are Nazis. It’s called a stereotype, and you take it to a moronic degree. Read a book.

[EDIT to your comment] Yes, I am extremely satisfied to know that you’re a teenager, and I apologize for the initially intolerant nature of my response. The more you study and read, the more clarification you’ll get about these misguided ideas.

  14. Organic food costs more to produce. In larger quantities, the cost goes down. Not ALL environmentallists are radicals–most are very normal people concerned about the environment. ANWR is not a wasteland, you obviously have never read about it. I’m somewhat in favor, but you are being ridiculous about your “charges”.

  15. c’mon, you already posted this
