Question:
or alternatively ones that I could easily make – something like crisps/chips that I don’t have to use oil for? I’ve recently cut sugar and oil from my diet, but really want something to snack on (other than seeds and nuts). Any help you can give is appreciated!

  4. edamame. or if you don’t mind the sugar in fruits, have some fruit. :)

  5. Soy crisps are good. The one I have said it has mild-oleic oil in it, but some brands may not. You can also dehydrate vegetables and have those as a snack. The mix I get from a health food store has green beans, carrots, potatoes, and a few other vegetables in it. Japanese snack crackers are also good. Hope I gave you a few ideas.

  6. Enjoy the wholesome goodness of some carrot sticks. You’ll find them in the vegetable isle.
