There’s nothing better than cooking up some veggie burgers on the grill. There’s really no limit to the diversity of ingredients and flavors you can add to them. Here’s one of my favorite recipes that I make very often. Top with veggies, vegan cheese, tofu, whatever you desire.

Soy crisps are good. The one I have said it has mild-oleic oil in it, but some brands may not. You can also dehydrate vegetables and have those as a snack. The mix I get from a health food store has green beans, carrots, potatoes, and a few other vegetables in it. Japanese snack crackers are also good. Hope I gave you a few ideas.
