  2. I understand what everyone is saying about the portion size, it’s lame that this is McDougall’s way of making lower sodium soups.

But… I really like the portion size, it’s perfect for me. I have a side salad and one of these for lunch and it keeps me full until dinner. The flavor is great and I love that it’s vegan. It’s also a little spicy which I love.

I will keep buying this and I’m going to try the other “Light Sodium” aka smaller portioned varieties as well.

  3. I have been looking for an “instant” veggie noodle soup cup for lunch and this is it. The taste is decent and the amount of noodles is reasonable. Add one cup of boiling water and do lunch in a few minutes. It can’t be more “instant” than that.

  4. This soup is absolutely delicious! I’m really glad I tried it, and I will continue buying it. It really does taste just like chicken soup. I’m a vegetarian (20 years) and I love knowing I’m not eating a chicken!

  5. All of the soups from this company taste great and are great for you! Goodbye Campbell’s and Progresso, Hello Healthy soup! I want to say this “tastes just like chicken” but that would be an insult. These taste WAY better than ANY chicken noodle soup variety out there. The light sodium is also great. These are yummy, filling, and easy to make. They may seem expensive but this Amazon price is fantastic! I always see them for around $2, which is a little too much for my budget. This price is a bit better and affordable for vegans like me!
