   okay, this is the simplest vegan cake recipe out there, and it’s also really delicious! it sounds really weird, but trust me, you don’t taste the pumpkin at all!

   + one box of cake mix (make sure there’s no eggs/milk in the ingredients)
   + one can of pumpkin

   you can also add other things (i like adding spices like cinnamon and nutmeg). add the two together, stir really well, and then bake according to the recipe on the box. i made this & my friend (who’s not vegan) and i both agreed it was one of the best cakes ever. she’s been begging me to make it again.

   Check out any of Christina Pirello’s cookbooks, such as “Christina Cooks” she has tons of vegan recepes in all her books, and the cakes recipes are wonderful.

   well i don’t know about any recipes, but i just had my birthday on the 10th and i had a box cake that was gluten free and was vegan, i don’t remember the name of it but it was in the gluten fre section.

   you can also just use like margarine and the egg replacers to make the cake if you didn’t want to use the box kind
