Question:

I need to make these cookies by tomorrow and I got chocolate chips that have milk fat and all I have is cocoa powder.
I’m allergic to nuts.

  1. MIX COCOA POWDER WITH MILK SO ITS LIKE A THIN PASTE SPREAD ON TRAY THEN FREEZE IT, WHEN FROZEN BREAK INTOLITTLE CHIPS, HOWS THAT

  2. You can make chocolate chips with just agave nectar and cocoa powder, but you will need a food dehydrator. If you have that, email me and I can tell you how to do it. They won’t be ready by tomorrow though-they are quite tedious to make, and it takes a couple of days for them to dehydrate. For the cookies you need tomorrow, why not just eliminate the chocolate chips, add a little cocoa to the cookie dough, and use some nuts.

  3. Without your own processing plant, you probably can’t. Buy vegan chocolate chips. (Check the Ghirardelli dark chips.)

  4. yes call or visit whole foods! they are always realllly helpful with these things! they also have a vegan chocolate cake that is awesome!

  5. um i think you have to buy vegan chocolate chips. whole foods has them
