Question:
I want to make a raw recipe from a cooked food recipe which requires 1 Cup of sugar. How much lucuma powder or agave syrup should I use.
I am looking at vegan recipes which contain sugar, and I don’t want to use sugar. I know that a lot of people are using agave syrup, but I don’t know how to convert sugar amounts to agave syrup amounts — I mean, how does the sweetness compare (I understand about reducing the liquid). I am also interested in lucuma powder (seems to be the new agave), and how to convert recipes using agave syrup to lucuma powder.

One Response to “How to Convert Recipe Requirements for Sugar into Lucuma Quantities or Agave Syrup Quantitities?”

  1. Use 3/4 of a gallon.
