Question:
I need to decide on a main dish and a side for the main dish. I need something that meshes well together. Please share some creative recipes you may have, or web addresses for recipes that you’ve tried and enjoyed. It has to be vegetarian (no meat) but it doesn’t have to be vegan. We eat dairy.

Thank you!

  2. check out allrecipies.com (sp?) and click on vegetarian on the categories button. there are hundreds of recipes. these aren’t on the website but these are my favorite:
side dish: white kidney beans and artichoke heart salad: 1 can of white beans, 1 jar of marinaded artichoke hearts mix them together and viola!
main dish: stuffed portabello mushrooms on spinach: 1.5 cups of hummus, 8 portobello mushrooms, 0.5 cups of sun dried tomatoes, 1 bag of spinach. chop tomatoes and mix in hummus. spoon on to underside of mushrooms. place on bed of spinach in a 13 by 9 oven safe pan. cook at 350 for 25 minutes. I love this and eat it all the time every one loves it ages 4-80.

  3. Try mashing a avocado and make it as soft as you can to put it on a spaghetti and at the same time maybe add cheese.
