Question:
I was reading an article which stated that it was gluten free, meaning it was 100% vegan friendly. However, aren’t most pills made with gelatin or am I lost?

Peace.

  2. Zantrex 3, a product advertised to promote weight loss, is neither vegetarian nor vegan. It contains gelatin– which is derived from boiling it out of the skin, bones, and connective tissue of animals. This is also not something you need to be putting into your body to lose weight. Reduce calories to the amount of calories that is appropriate for the weight you want to be and your activity level, eliminate a lot of the processed, refined foods you eat, and exercise regularly.

Gluten comes from grains– wheat– not from animals.

  3. “Gluten free” does not mean it’s vegan. Gluten comes from grains. Things are labeled as gluten free only because gluten sensitivity/allergies are common. Yeah, a lot of medication contains gelatin, but gluten and gelatin are two completely different things.

  4. zantrex is cased in a lard and fiber shell. is lard vegan friendly?
