March 7th 2010 TOPICS: What I’m doing Overview of health problems Prep – Day 3 happenings This is myfirst water fast although I have done a master cleanse and juice feasting in the past. When I break my 30 day fast I will do three days of orange juice and watermelon, four days of juicy fruits, and then following with the 80-10-10 lifestyle (raw vegan foods – high fruit, some veggies and nuts).
