Here’s another delicious Vegan recipe for everyone to try. You can substitute pancakes or tortillas depending on your taste. I’ve made this one a few times and it’s an amazing array of flavors.

These bars are addictive. They taste like a bar made of shredded coconut pieces pressed together and lightly flavored with mango. Rice syrup adds sweetness. In my opinion, they taste great! However, if anyone does not like coconut, these bars should be avoided as that is the main component. I have tried a few other flavors, but so far, the mango is by far my favorite.

As other reviewers have said, these are dried coconut with a very, very faint hint of mango. Remember that coconuts are very oily. I love piña coladas and coconut milk, like mounds bars, hate these; my husband thought they were “alright”. He’d have given them 3 stars & I’d have given them 1. We compromised with 2.

This is a great snack for on-the-road, very satisfying. It’s mostly coconut, and rather short on the mango, but otherwise nice and different.
