Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Unfortunately so many of the traditional breakfast foods are not Vegan. Luckily there are some very creative recipes to help you out. Here is a favorite one in my household.

I’ve been buying all flavors of these organic coconut bars from my local health food store for years. They hold their bar shape but are still somewhat soft and easy to chew (sometimes a concern for young children and the elderly). If you like coconut then you will love these bars. Made with high quality ingredients!

I originally bought this as snacks for my son’s class (he’s in 2nd grade). The kids didn’t like them at all- my son included. I, however, did enjoy them as they have a very light flavor (mostly coconut, I couldn’t taste much of the strawberry) and are not very sugary at all. Perhaps this is why I liked them but the children did not. Overall, I recommend this product as a healthy snack but gave it 4 stars because unless your children don’t like sweet things, they will probably not like these coconut bars.

I reciently purchased this product because I was wanting something to curb my coconut cravings. Barely taste the strawberry, but over all it tastes really good if you like coconut.
