Another great breakfast recipes that is very simple and delicious. Sesame seeds add such a big flavor that compliments so many different types of food. The egg replacer will definitely make the pancakes a bit fluffier so I suggest you include them in the recipe.

Question:
I don’t think eating a vegan diet has ever been hard for me. I love fruits, veggies and tofu. I love all sorts of beans, nuts and grains.
I became a vegan because of the ridiculous treatment of non-human animals in our food raising practices, and have come to learn so much about how humans are similar to other non-human animals- including morality, intelligence, problem-solving abilities, and fairness. I don’t think I could ever eat an animal derived product again- because I don’t see these creatures as less than I am. I also don’t think that human beings are evolved to eat these products the way that we do, that it is environmentally unsustainable to raise non-human animals for slaughter (especially due to the land/water pollution, the wasting of space/food resources, and in general- the disrespect and inhumanity shown to both the people and creatures involved in the process.
I love it, and would never go back.
Well I was vegetarian first and then later on decided to become vegan. I became vegan because even though I was helping the animals by being vegetarian, I just felt like I should be doing more, so I stopped consuming any kind of animal products and don’t use or wear anykind of products that came from an animal.
I eat pretty healthy. I eat fruits, vegetables, nuts, beans, whole wheat pastas, organic peanut butter (not by itsself , but i usually put it on fruits like apples and stuff)
but when i really wan’t something sweet, I get vegan ice cream (purely decadent brand) It’s really good, you can’t even tell the difference.
I use soy milk or almond milk for my cereals and other things.
My life being vegan is going just fine also. Im lucky to have a father and mother who supports my decision, so being vegan for me, hasn’t been difficult.
I’ve been vegetarian all my life, until eleven months ago when I went vegan.
I had been thinking about my dietary lifestyle long and hard, and realised that if I really truly cared about animals I should go vegan, at first I was apprehensive about the lifestyle, but after a couple of weeks I adapted and wondered why I’d never had the idea to go vegan. the thought of going back to vegetarianism depresses me.
It’s so easy. and I started noticing changes: my hair was shinier, I had lost weight, my skin became flawless, not a single spot, and overall I felt healthier and stronger.
But please keep in mind that is is because I’m eating a balanced diet with lots of fruit and veg.
I met a vegan who was just eating chips and coke, and the occasional peanut butter sandwich. this is not good. you have to have a balanced diet.
Hope I helped. You’re very compassionate for becoming vegan
hey emily,
well i love it, i know that the choices i have made since becoming vegan are based on ethical, moral, environmental, health and general well being! It’s been 17yrs for me and it came about form being in the punk scene, I was vego for 4yrs before vegan and finally in NYC got convinced by an older vegan punk that if i cared about animals & the planet veganism was the way to go. I eat plenty of amazing food and don’t feel like i miss out on anything, every different culture has vegan options in their cuisine and I’m blessed to have a love of cooking and good food. I grow most of my own vegies and what i don’t grow i buy organic only. I fell good knowing that my choice means a better outcome for the future of my child and the children to come. as for the comment about us being sick and weak -well that’s a typical comment designed to get us pissed off -for me it makes me laugh, i know that what I am doing is best for me, best for the planet , best for the non-human animals and best for future generations! I work in revegetation & garden labouring and am strong, fit and healthy and could leave many meat eaters my age for dead! So in short, it’s the best decision I could have made for myself! thanks for asking!
### – great answers folks, really awesome to hear people’s stories! thankyou!
most vegans I know are sickly and weak,, not a great lifestyle
