OK, So Now You’re a Vegetarian: Advice and 100 Recipes from One Vegetarian to Another

Question:
I am looking for emotionally secure and emotionally balanced “thinking” persons of whatever dietary or ethical pursuasion to answer this.

If you have a “rant”, agenda, unsubstantiated BS, want to flame, or have PETA crap to offer . . . this is not the question to do it on.

Here is the QUOTE–

“Open your mind that not all dietary choices are right for everyone. We are all individuals, have different dietary needs based upon chemical makeup, backgrounds, medical conditions and physical activities.

Well researched vegetarian and vegan diets can provide well rounded diets just as meat based diets can…providing freedom of choice.”

So what do you think? I am interested in what say. Thank you. Meg.
I’m soooooo delighted at the quality and balance of the answers. I’m going to leave this open for awhile, but so far, I would LOVE to pick ALL of you as “Best Answer”. Interesting that none of this forum’s usual “crazies” have shown up. Just an observation.
Well, I spoke too soon re: “crazies” . . . it was too good to be true . . .
Thank you HarryMay for your cogent and reflective response. You’re dismissed.
OK, I’m going to choose . . . again, this is soooooooooo difficult because all of the answers were superb, so I am going to pick an answer that I THINK represents all of the others.

Question:
I tried Hot Topic’s website for some info but turned up a whole lotta nada. I tried to snoop for info on Google, and I didn’t find out much either. I would really love some more information on the makeup sold through Hot Topic. Its the stuff with a little skull and crossbones on it, I’m pretty sure its called Morbid. Go ahead and correct me if I’m wrong. ;p No opinions or unsupported answers please!!!
