A grand opening was recently celebrated at Loving Hut Chang Chun, with eager attendees enjoying lion dances, fireworks, ribbon cutting and celebratory vegan cake. Situated next to the National Taipei University and in close vicinity to a traditional market, the new locale serves an average of 100 to 200 customers daily, with signature dishes including Billy Mushroom Steak and Tomato Noodle Soup — all vegan of course.
