I know this kind of question has been asked before, but I got a different take on it.
Wikipedia defines Veganism: “a diet and lifestyle that seeks to exclude the use of animals for food, clothing, or any other purpose”
Humans are animals.
Breast feeding is human females using themselves to provide food for their babies.
So does that mean that by definition, anyone who feeds breast milk to their babies is not excluding the use of animals, therefore does not live a true vegan lifestyle?
Luna came to the Catskill Animal Sanctuary after being abandoned by her human family and left to fend for herself in the wild. We were shocked when she gave birth several days after her arrival at the sanctuary. Luna and her babies are living with CAS’s vegan chef Kevin Archer while the babies grow and mom recovers from infected wounds. She’s a great mom and her babies are thriving!

I need a recipe for a cake that has no sugar, nuts or animal products. I would prefer it to have no flour. Sounds crazy but I know it exists. With his allergies its best to just stay with whole foods. Anyone know of a raw recipe? Something to hold up and look somewhat like a cake instead of a pudding?
I would love to find a chocolate free version. Its for a one year old. Something simple but nice looking. Mabey something that only had raw whole foods.. hard to find though.
