Question:
I have just recently became a vegan after being a vegetarian and I am eating a lot of soy nuts and things like that but I know I need calcium and other things that I was getting when I was just a vegetarian is their any supplements I can get at the store for vegans or do I have to order them online?
Oh and if a vegan (since I’m new at this) is there anything I should watch out for that would be animal products?
Question:
a difference in the long run……………….if a majority of people are omnivores…………….do vegans seek hope others will join their cause………………….there has to be a sense of universality behind your personal ambitions. Please tell.

Question:
iam 14 years old,iam a vegetarian/going vegan.iam the only one in my family that does not eat meat and etc. Most of the time it hard for me to find food thats good for me and its sort of expensive. my parents have never really supported me in it. they always talk about how being vegetarian costs money and how its a big hassle to get all this for one person in the family. it always makes me sad to hear them say this. i never complain about it. when theres only meat and etc in the house and i cant eat i starve a bit until we go out to shop again. my older brother and sister(sister does not live with us anymore) are the only once proud of me of being vegetarian how can i make my parents be a lil supportive.?

Vegan nutritionist Jeff Novick discusses why he went vegetarian. This is an excerpt from the extended interviews of the documentary PROCESSED PEOPLE. www.ProcessedPeople.com

Question:
I am really interested in this but know so little about it. From what I know people aren’t to eat any animal products when they are vegan is there anything else that I need to know about being vegan. I already eat very little animal products and the only thing I really do eat that is from an animal is milk and cheese so I am totally devoted to this lifestyle. Can you please tell me about it some more, do I need to wear animal friendly clothing and if so does anyone know off hand who makes animal friendly clothing, and products as far as make up and shampoo and stuff. I have a blank slate so any information will be great.

And for you people who are against being vegan don’t even comment please and how about you go to www.peta.com instead!
