Are Box Cake Mixes Vegan Friendly?

Question:
I’m making a dessert for a party, and many of the attendants are vegetarian or vegan.
I plan on making an apple crisp, and substituting the butter for vegan friendly margarine.
The cakey part of the crisp comes from a box cake, with out the eggs or oil, just the powder. Is there anything in the average box mix that is not vegan friendly? If so, are there any Box mixes that are vegan friendly? It has to be a box mix, because I’m actually making this on a camping trip and don’t have a regular kitchen available to me.

Question:
I need a recipe for a cake that has no sugar, nuts or animal products. I would prefer it to have no flour. Sounds crazy but I know it exists. With his allergies its best to just stay with whole foods. Anyone know of a raw recipe? Something to hold up and look somewhat like a cake instead of a pudding?
I would love to find a chocolate free version. Its for a one year old. Something simple but nice looking. Mabey something that only had raw whole foods.. hard to find though.

Kaelin and Katherine sit atop their rooftop paradise in Lost Lagoon. Serving up the sweetest raw food cake, prepared with live vegan foods and prepared with love. Such a rawsome treat to watch and share this yummy video filled with so much light. Kaelin was 7 at the time of this filming. By the time he was 8 he had been taken away by MCFD whom ignorantly believed he might be starving on lving foods filled with enzymes, antioxidants and nutrients … galore. Ghastly!
