Anni Chenoweth chooses a beet & carrot salad with parsley vinaigrette dressing for her mid-day raw vegan meal. Since Anni likes more “crunch” to her meals, she chooses the 1/4″ cutter blades on the Lurch Spiralo spiralizer to prepare the beets and the carrots. The Parsley Vinaigrette requires a Vita-Mix or other heavy-duty, high-speed blender/processor.
