Days 10-11 of my water fast experience!! March 15th 2010 (Guam is a day ahead of the states) TOPICS: Fatigue Heart Rate Weight loss progress This is myfirst water fast although I have done a master cleanse and juice feasting in the past. When I break my 30 day fast I will do three days of orange juice and watermelon, four days of juicy fruits, and then following with the 80-10-10 lifestyle (raw vegan foods – high fruit, some veggies and nuts). I have researched this topic extensively but I am not an expert. Any and all comments, suggestions, opposing views are welcome. Please ask any questions and if I don’t know the answer I will find it.
