how can i get around using a dehydrator when “cooking” raw?

Question:
ive just started eating raw and cant afford a dehydrator yet. i was wondering if i could use the same recipes in the oven at a very low temp (even if its higher then the recomended high temp for food)? i know thats “not allowed’ but i wanted to experiment and was wondering if anyone had any ideas?

Question:
I want to incorporate as raw food as I could into my diet during the summer. But I don’t want want to fork out a couple of hundreds for a product that I will use a few times a year anyway. Does anyone know any good raw uncookbook or good sites with good amount of recipes that doesn’t call for dehydration?

1. will it take out the nutritional value and the enzymes and the things inside of the fruit or vegetable. i was reading a raw food recipe and it said to dehydrate mushrooms for 2 hours at 105 degrees. that is like almost taking out all the nutritions isnt it??

2. im going into a raw fruit and vegetable diet. will i need a dehydrator?

3.can you dehydrate any fruit and vegetable??

4.will it waste a lot of money on electricity since it runs for like hours…

i dont have a dehydrator and i dont want to eat nuts or seeds i have reasons why i dont wanna eat nuts or seeds right now but i dont feel like saying why. but any recipes are appreciated and dont give me links its really annoying. if i wanted a link i would search in google. thanks =)
i do eat nuts and seeds normally but right now i am not im on a fruit and veggie cleanse. but normally i am paleolithic (i only eat chicken, turkey, fish, fruits, veggies,nuts) so dont worry i get protien normally
