It is the sixth day on the Vegan lifestyle change… I’m loving it. It has its ups and downs, moments when I wish I wasn’t Vegan Raw.. but right now everything is great. Vanilla soymilk is eh, avacados are eh.. and raw mushrooms are totally eh.. but I’ve had them all and lived. I’m enjoying experiencing new foods, and I’m really excited about tomorrow being a week! Stay tuned for tomorrow: I’ll be talking about some really great Vegan hair care products that I’ve discovered. =)

It’s filled with over 400 recipes of converted “non-vegan” foods that you may feel you’re missing but with this book can now have. Haven’t weighed lately.. tomorrow is three weeks, and as I said I’ll be returning back to 100% raw.
