Question:I tried to find out online, but I kept finding recipes. I’m not looking for recipes, but rather things I can go and buy from the store like peanut butter and bread. I’d like to do a 1 month vegan diet. So far the only things I have are
-fruits
-vegetables
-peanut butter
-bread
-water
My list is terrible, so I need some help, please!
