I understand that theres specific brands for vegan and organic foods, but what about normal everyday brands? ie:Bisquik, or cereal brands, or granola bar brands, oatmeal brands and many other brands.

I don’t have my parents support and i still live in their house. i’ll be off to college in another year and will be able to make my own meals. i’ve tried talking to my parents in everyway and they just will not have it. i’m lactose intolerant so any pure milk products i’ve already ousted from my diet. what are some easy vegan recipies with ingredients i can find in a normal grocery store?
I’m trying to eat 1-2 vegan meals per day for now and maybe if i can show my parents that i can handle it they’ll understand. thank you so much!

Question:
I have decided to become vegan after a dramatic change of heart once I saw what happens in slaughterhouses and also how unhealthy meat actually is for you.
However, I know my parents, specifically my father, will not be supportive.
Last night I overheard my mother telling him and I heard him say “I’ve had enough of this shit” because I have been healthy eating (including meat) for over a year and he absolutely loathes it.
Me being a vegan is a recipe for drama and tears in my house, but I’m not going to stop just to make him feel better about himself because he likes to eat flesh and make himself obese – he is already overweight.
How can I approach this?

Another great breakfast recipes that is very simple and delicious. Sesame seeds add such a big flavor that compliments so many different types of food. The egg replacer will definitely make the pancakes a bit fluffier so I suggest you include them in the recipe.
