Low Fat Vegan Recipes

Question:
After hanging around in the vegetarian/vegan section of YA for a few weeks I’ve noticed one of the most common questions is “where are the vegetarian recipes?” I wanted to mention two things.

1. Almost any recipe can be altered to a vegetarian diet of any kind. Only the ones that are completely animal product based are the ones not easily changed by tweaking it here and there.
2. Replacements for ingredients can be easily found by a google search (I used Vegan Substitutes and got great results)

Finally how about all of us older vegetarians/vegans pass on our favorite/best recipe websites to the newer.

My intention wasn’t to guide anyone on their journey or to come across as arrogant but to start a good list of recipe sources for new vegetarians/vegans who are struggling to find those recipes(because there seems to be a bunch of them). I encouraged everyone to add to the list because I knew mine was lacking I just created a starting off point of sites for the new people to look at and consider.
