I was thinking about trying Dr. Oz’s 28-day raw food diet. Has anyone ever tried a diet like this before? What should I expect? Are there any good sites that have raw food recipes?

years ago there was this man with long stringy hair and he had a wife and child … and he was on tv talking about how his family eats only raw foods.. he made a butter out of corn, and they would cream it.. and they made a raw food pizza, but it didnt have any bread or anything dehydrated.. can anyone remember his name?
