Question:
I’ve only seen it once and I can’t seem to find it for sale anywhere (even in online stores). It’s just a bumper sticker that says VEGAN on it in SEGA lettering (i.e. http://www.denofwii.com/Sega%20Logo.gif ). If you’ve seen a website that sells this, please let me know because I’m in love with it!

Question:
I also want to avoid animal products in personal care items. Soap, shaving gel, shampoo, etc. Are any “normal” brands vegan, or do I have to go to Whole Foods and get the all-natural stuff that costs five times as much? (I’m poor) I’m sure there’s other stuff I never would have thought of that’s not vegan, like photographic film or gel-cap medicine. I’d rather not be constrained to the health food stores due to cost, but is there anything out there that’s not based on animal products?
I understand this is a rather exhaustive question, but if anybody has any resources – books or web sites – that are reliable and a good list of vegan and not vegan non-food items, please let me know. Thanks.

Question:
I’ve recently went vegan(diet, in case someone is gonna correct me and say i’m not a true vegan), but i’m gonna start thinking about the clothes and shoes i wear and stuff like shampoo i use too, i guess i need a little education on it before i start
How many of you strictly use absoloutely no animal products whatsoever?
And to those of you that still wear leather or don’t pay too much attention to animal testing, do you still call yourself a vegan??
What do you think of vegans who just incorporate it into their diets, and not stuff they use?
Thanks in advance for all your answers, i’m really looking forward to reading your opinions, i’ve been wanting to know for some time!

Question:
Unless it is for diet/health reasons, what is the point of being vegetarian? Shouldn’t you just truly stand for animal welfare and be vegan in food, clothing, and living? Can you be a vegetarian on the principle of animal rights, but wear leather shoes, drive a car, or build a new house with lumber?
Vegetarian: For the purpose of membership of International Vegetarian Union, vegetarianism includes veganism and is defined as the practice of not eating meat, poultry or fish or their by-products, with or without the use of dairy products or eggs
LuLu:
Good conditions, and the stress of producing eggs everyday because your egg has been taken are very different things.

Question:
I want to be a vegan so badly, but people are telling me I’m not a vegan if I don’t use vegan shampoo or makeup. I’m only 15, and I don’t want to ask my parents to buy me new shampoo, makeup, hairspray, ect. I don’t have any money, or a job (my parents won’t let me). What am I supposed to do? I want to be a vegan, not a “strict vegetarian”. Should I just stay vegetarian then?
OKAY I have one small solution. I just realized that Tresemme doesn’t test on animals, because I use their heat tamer spray. I can use tresemme shampoo!:)
