Question:
Hello all, I was wondering if anyone wanted to share their favorite Vegan Dessert recipes. I trying to start a business making desserts for Vegetarian / Vegan restaurants and am looking for recipes which are tasty and look good too.
P.S. – Also I tried a Vegan Carrot cake and while it was fairly moist, it wouldn’t hold together well, crumbled quite a bit, any thoughts?

My teen is a vegatarian. We love eating soups in the fall and winter. I am looking for some good creamy soups to make for her that she will be able to eat. ( Esp broc n cheese ) Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Or even any simple vegan recipes!
