Question:
I went to whole foods and maple syrup was 12 dollars! I found vegan pancakes for only 3 or 4 dollars. I thought that was too much, 12 dollars for organic maple syrup. So I’m wondering now, how much will maple syrup be at a regular grocery store like walmart?
Mmm sweetpea, maybe you’re right lol I might go ahead and spend 12 bucks on that little bottle
how much protein do i need, protein diet, raw diet protein, yuri elkaim, eating for energy, diet low protein, vegan protein, vegetarian protein, vegetarian protein sources, protein vegetarian diet, protein fats, healthy oil, vegetarian healthy, how to eat healthy, healthy fat
What do you think the delta is between your food or resturant shopping bill and a normal meaty spend. % or £$$£ would do
in terms of time:
How much extra time do you think you spend in finding foods that are suitable for vegans/vegetarians. This could include label reading, research and extra travelling to V&V eating places.
If you want to expand the answer to include clothing and other goods feel free.
maggie…..”but since I am not an infant calf,”…. that was so funny, perfect comic timing right in the middle of a serious answer
Alison, i think you’ll have to define “all” for me, if you don’t mind. If you mean something like about half an hour spread over a complete working day, then yes I guess i spend ALL ( laugh ) my time here.
Maybe I’m just better at multitasking than you ??
And as for how i pay my bills, maybe I’ve EARNED IT by HARD and SMART work and now I’m reaping the benefits by having the freedom to do exactly as i like all day…just a guess, not that its any of your business.
At least some of my contributions are occassionally useful. Yours are permanently negative, whats the point in that ?
Question:
i saw a video an i am now a vegan. my family is completely UN supportive. animals go through so much pain an torture for OUR food. they have hearts an minds. they can feel pain. just because they cant talk an tell us how much it hurts it doesn’t mean they cant FEEL the pain. here is the link to the video. please watch it an tell me what your choice is. stay a meat eater an kill innocent animals, do become a vegetarian an help some animals, or become a vegan an help the ones in the slaughterhouse. an if you think you aren’t killing them i will let you know that when you buy meat or dairy the demand for those products raises. so more innocent animals get killed. please…stop hurting these innocent animals. they have never done anything to us an they were not put on this earth to be slaughtered an eaten. its sick.

This is a delicious and unique flavored vegan soup that has origins in North Africa and the Northeast African Highlands section. It is a bit more trouble than my favorite “dump it all in one pot and cook”, soups, but well worth it!

Here’s an easy to make French fry recipe with a little twist. The curry seasoning really brings out the flavor of the sweet potato in a surprisingly good way. We bake them as well to cut down on the fat. I also prefer olive oil of course.. let me know what you think
