Recently I have decided to become Vegan. I decided this because of health reasons and beliefs. My parents and boyfriend aren’t real supportive. They aren’t eating meat and such in front of me but they keep saying it’s a phase and I’m being rediculous! How can I show them that I have finally found something I am serious about and feel real strong towards? I am happy for once and feel that I have finally found what I’m meant to be.

i’m aiming to get to about 160 pounds at 5’8. i’m currently 219.8 pounds, so i have about 60 pounds to lose. i’m doing the diet out of The Raw Food Detox Diet: The Five-Step Plan for Vibrant Health and Maximum Weight Loss by Natalia Rose, and i just altered the recipes to make them vegan. anyways, i’m wondering how much weight i can expect to lose and how fast?

yea, i’m a vegetarian but ALMOST vegan, like the only thing i eat is like cheese sometimes, but i’m cutting that out now.
