Nori Rolls Equipment Food Processor Nori Roller Ingredients 1 cup Walnuts Braggs Liquid Soy ½ tsp Poultry Seasoning squirt of Oceans Alive (sold at rawhealth.ca) Kelp granules (sold at rawhealth.ca) Olive oil Nori Sheet Cucumber Carrots Sprouts Avacado Salad Mix Directions 1)In Processor add walnuts, Braggs liquid Soy (not genetically modified) , poultry seasoning, oceans alive, kelp and olive oil 2)Ensure that it is not too wet, must be a dry thick consistency 3)Lay nori sheet on a standard nori roller (available at any grocery store) 4)Add nut pate, 5)Onto of nuts put sliced Cucumber, sprouts, carrots, & avocado, 6)Lay down nice and smooth, be generous, dont be shy use your fingers and make it evenly pressed. 7)Roll with the matt and really press hard and then yank the nori with the mat 8)To seal it take a little bit of water on the edge and it will seal tight 9)Cut on an angle
