Question:
1. Why in most raw dessert recipes is carob usually used instead of chocolate? For instance Fudge made with carob instead- is carob considered more “raw” or processed differently so considered more healthy?
2. Is a dehydrator absolutly necessary or is there another way to dry out food?
3. Any recipe books with easy raw recipes that you would recommend? I am finding raw recipes a bit complicated!
Thanks!
Regarding #1, what I mean is it not okay to use cocoa powder instead of carob which is not chocolate?
Question:
wet food the rest of the time. I was thinking of using Nature’s Variety raw food, but if anybody else has a better brand or an easy recipe they use that would be great. How often do you feed the raw food to your cat and do you think I need to do it for every meal? I mean, what are the specific benefits? Is it like breast milk, even some is better than none? Thanks.
Val, you don’t know what you are talking about. Dry food is awful for pets!
Question:
I have a magic bullet blender. I do not have a processor or dehydrator yet, and I’m dyin’ for some fancy raw fixin’s :)

Also, any other delicious, simple raw recipes would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks
