Question:
I recently became vegan, about 3-4 months ago. I don’t drink soda, and have given up caffeine. I’ve been working out regularly and staying active. I haven’t had any meat at all, and only on occasion have consumed any type of dairy product (either by mistake or for special occasion) but recently I’ve just been feeling rather brain dead. I’m increasingly forgetful compared to how I was previously. I have B12 Vitamins, but is it more likely that I’m deficient in Iron? I’ve looked up tons of diet plans and vegan recipes but I can’t seem to put it all together or get all my nutrients. Can someone please share with me a diet plan for a span or 3 to 4 days that will help?
Question:
I’m having trouble finding a raw food diet plan, so I thought I’d come here and ask you what yours was. Please don’t lecture me about any other methods of dieting, I just need an EFFECTIVE, well-balanced RAW FOOD diet plan that cuts fat fast.

Please no complicated recipes or anything, I don’t have a juicer, or anything like that. I need one that is effective, and simple.

I’m also interested in getting rid of my acne, and I heard the raw food diet does that. And I heard it whitens teeth, and gives you a natural “tan” or something. Don’t know if this is vital information but it couldn’t hurt to add it.

Question:
Preferably made by a real nutritionist, with recipes, no more than 1200 calories, and low glycemic. I read a book extolling the virtues of this kind of diet, but it didn’t have a daily menu. It’s very hard to get started on such an unusual diet without a menu and recipes.
The most important thing to me is that the diet was designed by a nutrition professional. There are too many diets out there made by doctors with phds that have nothing to do with nutrition. Also, raw food diets are plagued by spiritual “gurus” who often don’t have any appropriate education in nutrition at all.
