Here is the recipe Raw Kale Salad with Peanut Butter Dressing with Strawberries and Goji Berries The best way to eat kale, with peanut butter and strawberries. 4 cups thinly sliced dinosaur kale 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 1 teaspoon Celtic Sea salt 1 red onion, thinly sliced 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter 1/4 cup rice or coconut vinegar 1/4 cup agave 3 tablespoons Bragg’s or coconut liquid aminos 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries 1/3 cup Goji Berries In large mixing bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, and sea salt. Add sliced kale to wet mixture. Massage the wet ingredients with hands or use a tong to work kale into the wet mixture until kale wilts. Mix in sliced onion; set aside.
