Throughout 11 years I have perfected the balancing act of Thai spices and herbs for my customers at the Thai Cafe in Indianapolis and at specialty food stores in Indianapolis and Chicago. My spiced peanut and satay sauces appeal to health-conscious consumers while bringing the wonders of my kitchen to everyone’s house.

I use all natural ingredients in my products. The sauces start with a base of Massaman curry paste which is prepared from fresh onion, garlic, lemongrass, galanga root (of the ginger root family), kaffir lime peel, and other spices.
As many of my customers are sensitive to peanuts and tree nuts, the satay sauce is made without any peanuts or coconut milk in a peanut-free processing plant.
