Over the last few months I have lightened up about my diet and have started eating some vegan cooked foods. I’m actually doing pretty great, and certainly much better than I did on 80/10/10 but I don’t plan to eat this much cooked food indefinitely. I want to return to a very high raw vegan diet with lots of sprouts and some dehydrated foods to help me feel full throughout the day. I have to cut back on or eliminate fruit and other forms of sugar to get my candida (which flourished during my 80/10/10 experiment) back under control. Lately I have been working 12+ hour days so having to eat every few hours is a major inconvenience and the high calorie cooked vegan food has helped me get back to work. While on 80/10/10, I was so weak, tired, and drained all the time. I just couldn’t seem to consume enough food to keep me going. I also had problems with candida and blood sugar issues.

Question:
Ones that have all vegan ingredients, don’t test on animals, etc..
