I think this would have been better with one more banana added and definitely the 1 more cup of peaches. This recipe lasted us all day! This recipe is family size so you can change it to meet your needs. 1 lb spinach 3-4 bananas 3-4 cups of peaches 1/2 cup of filtered water The next day I made this again and added 2 packets of stevia and it was wonderful thanks to a comment on this video from northstar!

* Ingredients *
2 Thai Young Coconuts (1 young coconut water + 2 young coconut meats – use the extra coconut water for a different recipe, or just drink it separately!) — 6 Oranges * P reparation * — 1) Open young coconuts to get coconut water out—watch this vid if you need help: bit.ly — 2) Pour the water from just ONE of the coconuts into your Vita-mix blender, or whatever blender is the best blender for you! BLEND.life-regenerator.com — 3) Use the water from the remaining coconut in a different recipe, drink it right now, or put it in the fridge for someone to drink later! — 4) Using a melon baller or a spoon, scrape the coconut meat from the insides of both of the young coconuts, and toss them into the blender as well. — 5) To first peel the oranges, cut off the tops and bottoms, then slice the peel all around the edges, leaving some of the white pith behind as it is high in nutrients, eg, bioflavonoids — 6) Cut the peeled oranges into quarters and toss them into your Vitamix or blender BLENDERS.life-regenerator.com — 7) Blend for a few seconds until desired consistency is reached —
