Question:
I’m trying to find a vegan multivitamin, and the bottles only list when the ingredients are vegetarian, but vegetarian doesn’t tell me whether or not there are non-vegan ingredients in there. I’d much prefer if someone knew of one that didn’t need to be ordered online and might be able to be found in a supermarket, pharmacy, or health food store. I really need to find one, soon, though, so any help would be great. Thanks!

or alternatively ones that I could easily make – something like crisps/chips that I don’t have to use oil for? I’ve recently cut sugar and oil from my diet, but really want something to snack on (other than seeds and nuts). Any help you can give is appreciated!

I know of vegan makeup brands sold online, but I’m not able to buy them online unfortunately. Does anyone know of makeup (that is vegan) that’s sold in drug stores, supermarkets, etc?

Are all vegan cheeses sold in stores really vegan?

I’m a vegetarian who has been allergic to milk all my life, so I’m close to a vegan (I’ll eat honey and such). But whenever I look in the supermarket for milk-free cheese most say something like “not appropriate for those with milk allergies”, or even “contains milk protein”. Yet they all are marketed as vegan. I’ve also eaten soy cheese (after being assured there was no milk in it) and had a reaction soon after. I’ve found a fair amount of brands that do not do this and I’m fine with, but all the stores close to me only carry the cheeses I’m allergic to, and it’s frustrating. I don’t think it’s a “manufactured with” problem either, because I’ve seen milk-related products in the ingredients of a couple. So, should they still be considered vegan? And why do they still put those things in if it’s supposedly “milk-free”?
ACTUALLY, Hannibal the Cannibal, the one of the cheeses I was specifically talking about is called “Vegan”. Yep, that’s the title. I am reading. And yes, I do know “soy cheese” doesn’t equal vegan.

And the time I had a reaction I was in a restaurant, and ate it only after my waiter had assured me there was no milk and I told him of my allergy. I’m not retarded.
