I have tried regular vegetarianism and just cutting out meat made my blood sugar drop dramatically. It was at 220-300. It dropped to 200 or below. It turns out that meat causes insulin resistance… Now, I need to go low carb too to get it lower. Anyone know any good recipes?

And I HATE white/pale yellow vegetables and white bread and white pasta. I LOVE colorful veggies like butternut squash, brussels sprouts, broccoli, dark greens and I LOVE quinoa pasta too. I also LOVE fruit so fruity recipes are great!
