Question:
I just want to know anything about being vegan and the things you eat, what you beleive in about being vegan and just anything about the overall lifestyle.
Question:
My roommate and I attended a buffet thrown by some mutual friends, and they know that I am a vegetarian. In light of this fact, they considerately prepared a special dish “just for me”….

This special dish turned out to be lemon jello mixed with sliced cucumbers, and, of all things, mayonnaise. I try to pretty much stick to a vegan diet, so the mayonnaise was a turn-off, even before being included in so unappetizing an assemblage.

Out of politeness, I managed to choke down about half of a serving, and mashed the rest around on my plate, to make it appear as though it had been consumed, or enjoyed, or something like that. Why is it that people think they can get creative with jello? Jello is pretty much a stand-alone dish, although I suppose you can mix it with fruit—but vegetables??? Mayonnaise???

Do you have any jello horror stories to share, or do you have an unusual recipe using jello?
Bobby, I’m working on it, lol!
Rawr, oh YUCK! Now I truly feel ill.
Ah, Rammie, I like horseradish, but now I’m never touching jello again! Why didn’t I know this about jello before???? I thought jello was animal-free.
