BLEND.life-regenerator.com — 3) Toss the strawberries, banana chunks & dates (with seeds removed!) into the Vitamix or blender as well. — 4) Open the young coconut to get the coconut water out—watch this vid if you need help bit.ly Set the coconut water aside for use later in the recipe. — 5) Using a melon baller or a spoon, scoop the young coconut meat out of the coconut and toss into the Vitamix or blender as well. — 6) Blend for a few seconds to make room for the spinach, and then add in the spinach leaves and blend again, adding as much coconut water as you need in order to reach the desired consistency. — 7) Pour into glasses, serve, and …
