Question:
I’m making Brown Rice Caramel Glaze [from Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World] and the recipe calls for powdered soy milk, which I just could not find. Any suggestions for a substitution? Arrowroot? Cornstarch? Protein powder? Anything?

Unfortunately I’m serving the cupcakes TODAY, so I can’t look for the smp anymore. But I called Trader Joe’s, Mother’s, and Henry’s, and NON of them carry it. Go figure. I’ll probably just use different frosting.
