Question:
Hi guys,

I got funding to hold a vegan baking event for my college dorm (about $40) and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas about what things to make. I’m thinking mostly desserts, but some bread/ other salty/tasty stuff. Anyone have any recipes/ideas they want to share?

(by the way, I want everything to be as tasty to non vegetarians as possible, since a lot of people in my dorm have the misconception that vegan food is tasteless, and I want to change that!)

Question:
I am 18 weeks pregnant and a vegan. I take a prenatal vitamin every day but of course I make sure I eat very healthy. I usually have avocado spread on mutli-grain toast and a glass of fortified soymilk for breakfast and some fruit. For lunch and dinner I make sure to get lots of protein and veggies. I always have a light salad along with dinner.
What were some things you ate during your vegan pregnancy?
**Just FYI, anyone who tells me my diet is not healthy, my baby is going to die, blah blah, you are wrong. I know lots of vegans who have had succesful pregnancies and my OB is 100% supportive of me. I have also seen a nutritionist.

Question:
I am just starting out and hope to get answers from anyone who is actually a raw foodist. I believe dried beans are extremely cheap and I would really appreciate it if you shared a few recipes with me whether with beans or not..as long as they are cheap! I will go shopping tomorrow so what should I put on my shopping list??
I don’t have a dehydrator or a juicer- all I have is a blender and a food processor. I was wondering anyway if I could use my oven (it’s electric) to dehydrate stuff. I am also wondering why some recipes call for ‘sprouted’ beans etc. and how do I sprout beans?
Question:
the communist atheist vegan terrorist democrats who are destroying our nation right now, from the top down? seriously like the whole fields of ethics and phl. of mind and epistemology and other completely useless ideas don’t matter when there are MUCH MORE IMPORTANT THINGS TO TAKE CARE OF FIRST.
