Where would I find vegan or vegetarian ingredients?

Question:
I a newly vegetarian and I am trying to find ingredients to use for meals. The only thing that I can think of eating is Morningstar meals and I eat anything and everything that has nothing buy veggies in it. I have found some great websites but I have no idea where to find anything that the call for ie: Smart dogs. Where do I get any of these things?
