Question:
I am planning to open up a hot dog cart selling veggie/vegan dog and perhaps a mobile food cart to sell other veggie foods such as veggie burger/sandwich/fried rice/chow mein, etc..Everything veggie..Please help.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
I prefer to sell at events, fairs, or even in front of a place that has veggie/vegan people..

I have been a vegetarian since September of 2005. I decided to make the change for a combination of reasons: animal rights and health concerns. I was overweight when I made the change. The first year drove my family crazy (I was 15 at the time). I ate mostly pasta/macaroni that year, and yeah, gained 40 pounds quickly, the opposite of what I thought would happen.

So, since then I’ve smartened up, and discovered veggie burgers, lentil soup, and other yummy substitute food. But, it gets boring. Most of it is frozen. Do you have any fresh vegetarian or vegan recipes you’d like to share? Preferably easy to prepare and inexpensive.
Just to specify, I eat dairy and eggs, but no meat, poultry, seafood, Jello, etc.

I’d prefer to have vegan recipes or vegetarian recipes that you can easily take the dairy out without ruining the meal, but some cheese will be okay as long as there isn’t too much.

Vegetarian/vegan Lunch for school(nothing that has to be heated up)?

Question:
That will last from 6:00 am to 11:40 am -12:10 pm.
I don’t have a microwave at school,so no soup or noodles.
Some thing that’s small,tastes good, easy to make.
I have nothing for school lunch right now,except sandwich containers.

So what can I make?
I don’t have any Special organic/vegan/vegetarian stores by me really.
